Ten years ago, I was a former Marine officer "studying" for his MBA in Australia and working as an agency account executive. It took just one suggestion from an engineer for me to embark on my design journey.
Today, I have a MS in Human Factors in Information Design (and that MBA) and am a Staff Product Designer at Kustomer.
